VILLA BRIMAR
The villa can be rented out on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
Rentals usually run Friday to Friday. You can get flights from most UK airports which fly out at different times of the day.
If you would like any advice on this we are happy to assist.
The charges for rental of the villa are as follows:-
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We have our own villa managers in Menorca who are always on hand to help and advise you.
All linen and towels are provided (except beach towels).
A weekly maid service is provided.
A 25% deposit is taken at the time of the booking and the outstanding balance is paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.
